AN ACT to repeal section nineteen, article twenty-two-a, chapter
twenty-nine of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine
hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to the termination of
the provisions of the racetrack video lottery act.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 22A. RACETRACK VIDEO LOTTERY.
§1. Repeal of section relating to termination of the provisions of
the racetrack video lottery act.
Section nineteen, article twenty-two-a, chapter twenty-nine
of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one,
as amended, is hereby repealed.
